Footworks By Karen Reardanz SANTA CRUZ AUDIENCES continue to expand the boundaries of concert-going behavior. At last Saturday's Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra performance at the SC Civic Auditorium, the man next to our reliable source removed the shoe and sock from one foot and presented said lower extremity to his date for a vigorous massage to the strains of Duke Ellington--at which point we offered up a silent prayer to bandleader Wynton Marsalis for having the foresight to ask that the house lights be turned down at the beginning of the show.
