Pardonable Sin: Temptresses Deborah Morris and Condra Easly.

Sweet Dreams

CONDRA EASLY and her sister Deborah Morris have it way over Freud. Unlike the famed father of psychiatric science, Easly and Morris know what women want: chocolate, and they want it now. Even men's-men kind of men are not immune to the "gimme" of a chocolate fix. Easly and Morris welcome the shaky addict into their small sweet-shop, Renaissance Pastry. Specializing in the kinds of deeply felt desserts that base themselves with abandon in cocoa, the duo bake up everything from torts to the small sin-fix of "shooters," triple-filled chocolate bad-day cures that can be mouth-popped with the immediacy of a nitroglycerine tablet. 525 Mendocino Ave., Santa Rosa. 544-2253.--G.G.
