Cung Le's career took him from kickboxing to MMA to making Hollywood movies, which could be why no fighter is more revered and recognizable in the South Bay. A former Strikeforce champ, Le moved to UFC last year and suffered a tough defeat in his first fight against Wanderlei Silva, who's only one of the best fighters ever. Le still does some acting here and there—look out for The Man With the Iron Fists, which also stars Russell Crowe—but he has rededicated himself to the sport and will be back in July to face former champ Rich Franklin in the UFC 148 card.
